Additions/Renovations/Light Commercial

Although assisting clients looking for their special dream home may be our primary focus, we have found many other opportunities to serve various clients. One of the first areas is designing additions and renovations to existing structures.

So many times clients love their existing location, but just need more space and areas to enjoy their unique site. We have also taken our residential design skills and applied them to creating small enclaves of homes. This is a unique opportunity to create something that becomes bigger than the sum of its parts- a small village or grouping of homes. Some of the examples include Coldwater Canyon, Coldwater Ridge, Beverly Ridge in Steiner Ranch, and The Villas of Cimarron Hills about to break ground. 

The last area that we’ve seen some exciting projects develop over the years is light commercial work. These are structures that still maintain a similar structure and scale of our residential work, but serve more commercial uses. We’ve found that there’s a big need for great site responsive designed commercial architecture.
